You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a purchase. All transactions are subject to product availability and our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to instances of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

2. Limitation of Liability

4. Refund Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from WenHaul. If you are not completely satisfied with your Skirts, Pants, or Tops, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
Defective or incorrectly shipped items will be refunded in full, including original shipping costs. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
