Shipping Method
We offer a single, unified shipping option: Standard Shipping. This method is available for all products and destinations we serve. There are no expedited or alternative shipping choices at this time.
Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping is a paid service. There are no free shipping promotions or thresholds. The shipping fee is calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery address. You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, Standard Shipping takes between 5–10 business days after the order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery to remote or rural areas may require additional time.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email to [email protected] (please ensure your email address is correct at checkout). You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s journey. As we do not have a user center, all tracking updates will be sent directly to your email.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. WenHaul is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and work with the carrier to resolve it promptly. Please include your order number and a description of the problem in your email.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times for international orders may be longer than domestic ones.
